Billing overview

Billing shows the current plan, billing type, current expiry, days remaining, Rules usage and Collections + tokens usage.

Active and expired subscriptions

An active subscription renews from its current expiry date. If the subscription has already expired, a new renewal period starts from the current date.

Standard and custom plans

Standard self-service renewal is available for Basic and Advanced. Custom plans are managed manually and do not use the standard self-service renewal control.

Capacity shown in Billing

• Rules: currently used / available.
• Collections + tokens: currently used / available.
• Paid add-ons can be carried into a renewal.
• Complimentary capacity is preserved and is not billed by the renewal calculation.
