Member does not receive a role

1. 1Confirm the expected Collection, Token or Rule exists and is configured for the correct Discord role.
2. 2Run Check wallet for the member’s public Solana address when the issue concerns Solana gating.
3. 3Read the matched and non-matched rule reasons.
4. 4Open Verification Logs and filter the wallet when possible.
5. 5Confirm the member still controls the linked wallet and still holds the required asset.
6. 6Change the rule only after the check or logs explain the failure.

Marketplace notification does not arrive

1. 1Open Automations → Sales & Listings.
2. 2Confirm the correct collection is selected.
3. 3Confirm the required notification type is enabled.
4. 4Confirm the selected Discord channel grants View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links to the bot.
5. 5Use Send test notification.
6. 6If the test works but a specific live event is missing, record the collection, event type and approximate time for support.

Subscription reminder does not arrive

1. 1Confirm Subscription Reminder is enabled.
2. 2Confirm at least one 7d, 5d or 3d threshold is selected.
3. 3Confirm the intended destination is enabled.
4. 4For Email, confirm the Primary Owner has a Notification email in Profile.
5. 5For Discord Channel, confirm the selected channel still has publish permissions.
6. 6Review the Automation status panel for the next scheduled reminder.

Billing or checkout issue

• Confirm current prices loaded successfully before proceeding.
• Confirm the selected plan, duration and add-ons before payment.
• Apply a promo code before sending the payment if one is being used.
• Never send a second USDC payment merely because subscription activation needs to be retried.
