Renew or upgrade a subscription

Choose a renewal period

1. 1Open the server → Billing.
2. 2Under Renew subscription, choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
3. 3Review the projected New expiry.
4. 4Review the Total and monthly equivalent when shown.

Choose the plan after renewal

A Basic server can renew as Basic or upgrade to Advanced. An Advanced server cannot use this screen to downgrade to Basic.

Add-on behavior

Paid asset or rule add-ons can be carried over. When upgrading to Advanced, the larger base allowance can absorb capacity that previously required paid add-ons. Complimentary capacity is preserved and not added to the billed total.

Continue to payment

1. 1Confirm the selected plan, renewal period and price.
2. 2Click Continue to payment.
3. 3Complete the USDC-on-Solana payment flow.
4. 4If the payment is confirmed but activation needs another attempt, retry activation instead of sending a second payment.
