Team & Administrators
Delegate day-to-day server management while retaining Owner-only controls.
Primary Owner and Admin permissions
Administrators can manage access rules, collections, tokens, analytics and automations. Billing, team management and server ownership stay with the Primary Owner.
Add an administrator
- 1Open the server → Team.
- 2Confirm you are signed in as the Primary Owner.
- 3Enter the person’s Discord user ID.
- 4Click Add admin.
- 5Confirm the person appears under Administrators.
The user must already exist in Medusa
The Discord user must have signed in to Medusa at least once before the Owner can add them as a server administrator.
Remove an administrator
- 1Open Team.
- 2Find the delegated administrator.
- 3Click the remove icon.
- 4Confirm the removal dialog.
Server-scoped access
Delegated administration applies to the selected server. It does not make the person a Medusa platform administrator and does not grant access to platform-only tools.
