How access is evaluated

A Medusa-enabled community defines access rules that connect on-chain ownership conditions to Discord roles. Medusa evaluates connected wallets against the server’s active rules and can assign or remove the configured Discord roles when eligibility changes.

• Collection rules can require NFT ownership and a minimum NFT quantity.
• Solana collection rules can optionally require specific NFT traits.
• Token rules can require a minimum balance.
• Robinhood Chain rules can evaluate ERC-20, ERC-721 and ERC-1155 assets.

Before reporting missing access

1. 1Confirm the correct wallet is still linked in Profile.
2. 2Confirm the required asset is currently held by that wallet.
3. 3Confirm you are using the same Discord account connected to Medusa.
4. 4Ask a server administrator to run Check wallet if the role still does not match your holdings.

What the administrator can inspect

Server administrators have a read-only Check wallet tool and Verification Logs. These tools can show which configured rules match, which do not, and the history of failed verifications or Discord role changes.
