Dashboard sign-in problem

1. 1Open medusauth.xyz and sign in with Discord again.
2. 2Make sure the Discord authorization finishes in the same browser session.
3. 3Reload the dashboard after authentication.
4. 4If the session remains stale, sign out and sign in once more before reporting the issue.

Wallet does not link

• Confirm you selected a currently supported wallet chain: Solana or Robinhood Chain.
• Confirm the wallet extension is unlocked and the intended account is active.
• Retry the authentication signature.
• For Solana hardware wallets, use the Hardware Wallet signing mode when required.
• For Robinhood Chain, confirm the wallet can use Chain ID 4663.

Discord role is missing

1. 1Confirm the required asset is in a wallet linked to your Medusa profile.
2. 2Do not move the asset while troubleshooting.
3. 3Give the administrator the wallet address you expect to qualify.
4. 4Ask the administrator to use Check wallet and then inspect Verification Logs if needed.

Information to include when asking for support

• Discord server name.
• Your Discord user ID when requested by the administrator.
• The public wallet address involved.
• The expected collection, token or role.
• A screenshot of the Medusa error without seed phrases, private keys or other secrets.
