Subscription Reminder
Notify the project Owner before the server subscription expires.
Configure reminder timing
- 1Open the server → Automations.
- 2Enable Subscription Reminder.
- 3Select one or more reminder thresholds: 7, 5 and/or 3 days before expiry.
- 4Select at least one destination.
- 5Save configuration.
Destinations
- Email: sent to the project Owner’s Notification email from Profile.
- Discord DM: private reminder sent to the Primary Owner.
- Discord Channel: reminder published in one selected server channel.
Discord channel permissions
A reminder channel must allow the Medusa bot to view the channel, send messages and embed links. Channels missing required permissions are shown as unavailable in the selector.
Who receives reminders
The recipient is always the project Owner. Delegated administrators can manage the automation but are not converted into reminder recipients. Successful reminders are de-duplicated per expiry, day and destination.
Email needs an Owner email
If Email is enabled while the Owner has no Notification email in Profile, Medusa warns that the Owner still needs to add one.
