Add a Solana NFT collection
Register a Solana collection, complete its metadata and prepare it for access rules.
Create the collection
- 1Open your server → Access Control → Collections.
- 2Click Add a collection.
- 3Choose NFT Collection in the setup modal.
- 4Enter Collection Name and Description.
- 5Optionally enter a Collection Image URL.
- 6Enter the Collection Id / Creator Address used to identify the collection.
- 7Enter the Marketplace Link.
- 8Click Create.
Collection verification
The collection setup currently requires Medusa team verification after creation. The modal directs the administrator to Open a Ticket. Only verified collections are offered by the Solana collection-rule selector.
Creation and verification are separate steps
Do not assume that a newly created collection can immediately be used in every rule flow. Complete the verification request first.
Collection metadata powers advanced features
Synchronized NFT metadata is used by trait-based access and Holder Snapshot trait filters. If no attributes are available, trait controls cannot offer selectable trait/value pairs.
